Our Approach
Pampered Chef faced an issue shared by many enterprises. Their monolithic Salesforce Marketing Cloud had not scaled with the organization. It could not handle multiple business units or hundreds of ongoing campaigns. It lacked the data integrations necessary to drive personalization for their consultants and customers. With 90 days to migrate, Pampered Chef needed a solution providing secure migration support with zero downtime. They required real-time cross-channel personalization and streamlined data resources.

Our Solution
IM Digital deployed our CDP Startright methodology and proprietary Intelligent Migration Kit to safely extract, improve, and transition Pampered Chef’s global marketing operations from Salesforce to Bloomreach in under 90 days.
Migration and Lifecycle Orchestration: We re-engineered more than 50 marketing automations capable of handling consultant-led communications, customer lifecycle, and consultant lifecycle tracks across two geographic regions,
Dynamic Creative at Scale: Our team rebuilt over 120 email templates, embedding personalization blocks to serve Pampered Chef's dual-audience model. This logic customizes content for the individual and their specific consultant, automatically populating custom consultant URLs and tailored CTAs.
Predictive AI and Behavioral Segmentation: We moved Pampered Chef beyond basic purchase history by implementing Bloomreach's AI architecture. This enabled relevant, 1:1 product recommendations and dynamic audience segments driven by real-time behavioral insights.
Controlled Execution and Enablement: To ensure a secure cutover during the Q4 retail season, we prioritized strategy and transparency. By tailoring the platform to their operational structure, we transitioned Pampered Chef away from legacy workarounds and empowered marketers to launch data-driven campaigns faster on day one.
